Walnut Military Memorabilia Shadow Box Table

In May of 2025, we were approached by a client looking for a memorabilia shadow box table for her husband, who was retiring from the Marine Corps. She said she was having a heck of a time finding a local woodworker to take this project on. Queue Jason accepting the challenge to design, fabricate, and finish this table in between other projects. We present to you, one of the coolest things we've ever made. It was an incredible honor to create this for our client and her husband. Crafted out of solid walnut, this shadow box is a work of heart. It was engraved with 'United States Marine Corps' on the front, and two globe & anchors on each side. We finished this shadow box table off with none other than our trusty Walrus Oil furniture butter to protect the wood, and bring out the dimension in the walnut.
